CTD Foiled terrorist plan, arrested two militants in Multan

The Counter Terrorism Department foiled the terror plan, arrested two alleged terrorists during operating carried out in Multan district in Punjab. The arrested terrorists belong to the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, a ban militant outfit in Pakistan According to CTD sources, explosive materials, suicide vests, pistols, bullets and pamphlets have been recovered from the possession of the terrorists. In the initial report, the apprehending militants were identified as Muhammad Hammad and Muhammad Habib. According to the media reports, militant Mohammad Hamad belongs to Peshawar and was arrested from Muzaffarabad area of Multan However, the other militant named Mohammad Habib belongs to Fort Abbas and was arrested from Southern Bypass. Moreover, the investigation has been started, after a case has been registered against the terrorists in police station CTD Multan.
