Elections: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government faces shortage of security personnel
In connection with the general elections to be held across the country, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has revealed a shortage of 42,000 security personnel in the province.
According to the sources, more than 134 thousand security personnel are required for the elections in the province, while the provincial government has more than 90 thousand security personnel.
In this regard, the provincial government requested the services of Frontier Constabulary from the Federation.
According to the sources, 15 thousand 737 polling stations will be established in the province, of which 4 thousand 812 polling stations are the most sensitive, 6 thousand 581 were declared sensitive.
