Peshawar: two arrested suicide bomber associated with ISKP appear in the court
Two arrested terrorists, including a suicide bomber of the outlawed Islamic State group, were produced before an anti-terrorism court.
The court sent the two terrorists to jail on a 14-day judicial remand.
According to the investigating officer, the arrested terrorists Adil alias Amin Sukna Matni and Tahir Khan alias Abbas Sukna are residents of Sarband.
The investigating officer said one was a suicide bomber while the other was a facilitator.
He said two suicide vests, three hand grenades, pistols and mobile phones were also recovered from the terrorists.
He added that both the terrorists were present for targeting in Peshawar.
According to the investigating officer, the CTD carried out an operation in Matti Mira area on a tip-off.
He said the two terrorists had received fidayeen training from the Paktia centre in Afghanistan.
He added that both were looking for an opportunity after taking instructions from the banned organization ISIS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The investigating officer said videos and maps of the JUI-F centre were recovered from the mobiles of the two terrorists.
