Peshawar: Hot and humid districts in heavy fog, normal life affected
The hot and humid districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have once again come under heavy fog.
The Meteorological Department has predicted that this situation will continue for the next few days.
Heavy fog has increased severity of cold in the hot and humid districts and temperature in plain districts including Peshawar has dropped several degrees below normal while the upper districts have recorded a temperature of minus three degrees.
Due to heavy fog, the clearance on the roads was reduced to zero, as a result of which the number of vehicles on the roads remained low.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the weather was cold and dry in most of districts of province yesterday, while the weather was extremely cold and partially cloudy in upper districts, while in Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, Swabi, Peshawar, Lucky Marwat, Bannu and Dera Ismail Khan.
