NHO advised Diphtheria vaccination to children
The National Health Organization has again issued an advisory to prevent whooping cough or whooping cough.
According to the advisory issued by the National Institute of Health Islamabad, the prevalence of diphtheria in children increases in winter.
Therefore, the objective of this advisory is to inform health institutions about economic measures.
Since diphtheria is a disease transmitted from one person to another and its germs are spread by touching, coughing and sneezing of the patient.
it should be noted that almost this disease of children has been eliminated from all over the world, including Pakistan.
The production of medicines for this has also become very limited.
However, there has been an outbreak of diphtheria in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and hundreds of children have been affected by diphtheria for the past several years.
According to the National Institute of Health, the possibility of widespread spread of this disease in Pakistan is low, but it is still important that parents vaccinate their children as per the schedule.
