Charsadda: Former Air Chief Marshal Hakeemullah Durrani laid to rest
Former Air Chief Marshal Hakimullah Khan Durrani was laid to rest in Charsadda.
Hakimullah Khan Durrani was laid to rest with full honors in his native village Shih Kale Charsadda.
Senior government officials and other people participated in the funeral prayer, while PAFs Chak and Choband squad offered a salute.
Hakimullah Khan Durrani was born in 1935 in Charsadda Sheikh Clay.
Joined the Air Force in 1956 and became a pilot officer in 1957.
In 1988, he got the honor of becoming the fifth Air Chief Marshal of the country, while he retired from the service in 1991.
