50 million rupees released for rain-affected districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
50 million rupees have been released for rain-affected districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. In this regard, it has been informed that instructions have also been issued for financial assistance to the families of the deceased in these 12 affected districts.
The PDMA report states that out of the total assistance of 50 million rupees, 20 million to Nowshera, 5 million to Dir Lower, 3.3 million to Swat and Malakand, 2.2 million to Dir Upper and Tank, One million rupees each will be given to Chitral Lower, Bitgram, Kirk, Peshawar and Charsadda.
It should be remembered that 50 million rupees have been released by the government to compensate for the destruction and loss of lives caused by rains across the province.
