Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 46 people killed, 60 injured, thousands of houses damaged due to rains
The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) detailed the damage caused by the rains in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from April 12 till now.
According to PDMA, 46 people have been killed and 60 injured in accidents during rains since April 12 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to PDMA, a total of 2,875 houses have been damaged in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, only 1,200 houses have been damaged in Chitral Lower.
According to the report, 436 houses have been completely damaged and 2 thousand 439 houses have been partially damaged in the province.
According to PDMA, 11 crore rupees have been released for the kin of the deceased while 9 crore rupees have been released for relief activities in tribal districts.
