Pakistan Army provide and help out basic health facilities to the people of KP
The Pakistan Army continues to provide basic health facilities to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In this regard, the four-day free eye surgical camp organized by the Pakistan Army in Mohmand district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has come to an end.
1473 patients were screened free of charge in the Free Eye Surgical Camp. Including 885 men, 544 women and 245 children.
Free spectacles were also provided to 754 patients on this occasion. While free medicines were provided to 1139 patients.
In the free eye surgical camp organized with the support of Al-Shifa Eye Trust, 104 patients were operated on, while 206 patients were sent to Al-Shifa Eye Trust Hospital Rawalpindi for further treatment.
The local people thanked the Pakistan Army for organizing the four-day free eye surgical camp, saying that they had to travel from distant areas for eye treatment.
However, such free medical camps should be continued so that poor people can benefit from it
