Peshawar, third anti-narcotics drive underway, Chief Collector Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Collector Saeed Akram said in a press conference that they are running a vigorous campaign against smuggling and third campaign against drugs is underway.
He said that there has been news that drugs will be smuggled from Afghanistan through Torkham.
While processing this, 14 kg of ice and 18 kg of heroin worth one billion rupees were brought to Torkham border.
Chief Collector Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Saeed Akram said that we are careful everywhere, we have the support of all agencies, it seems that smugglers and terrorists are in contact.
He said that about 4 crore rupees were given to the families of customs martyrs. Torkham Border is a busy station.
