The reconstruction and decoration of Captain Colonel Sher Khan Shaheed (Nishan-i Haider) shrine completed
The reconstruction and decoration of Captain Colonel Sher Khan Shaheed (Nishan-i Haider) shrine in Swabi has been completed by Pakistan Army.
The Pakistan Army, on the strong request of the martyrs family and local people, carried out the reconstruction and decoration of the shrine in a short period of four months.
Commemorative photographs and other used items related to the life of the martyr have also been preserved in the shrine.
A simple but dignified ceremony was organized on the completion of the reconstruction and decoration of the shrine.
Corps Commander Peshawar Lieutenant General Hasan Azhar Hayat inaugurated the shrine. They placed flowers on the shrine and recited Fatiha for the martyrs.
On this occasion, Corps Commander Peshawar met the family of Captain Colonel Sher Khan Shaheed and paid tribute to the martyr.
The family of Captain Colonel Sher Khan Shaheed and the people of the area thanked the Pakistan Army for the reconstruction and decoration of the shrine.
