PCB Reveals 18-Member Squad for Series Against England and Ireland
On Thursday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) unveiled the 18-member squad for the forthcoming series against England and Ireland. Notably, the squad includes bowler Hasan Ali but excludes pacer Zaman Khan, who featured in the recent series against New Zealand. The team, known as the men in Green, will kick off their campaign with a three-match series against Ireland, followed by a four-match series against England. The national selection committee has recalled Haris Rauf, Hasan Ali, and Salman Ali Agha to the 18-player squad. Following the first T20I at Leeds on May 22, the squad will be trimmed down to 15 players for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 next month, in accordance with the ICC’s May 24 deadline.
