Pakistani satellite iCube Qamar enters lunar orbit
Pakistans satellite iCube Qamar has successfully entered lunar orbit.
According to British media, Pakistans satellite mission will orbit the moon for 3 to 6 months, Pakistani satellite iCube Qamar will take pictures of the moons surface.
Dr. Khurram Khurshid, a member of the iCube Qamar mission team, while talking to the British media, said that the iCube Qamar entered the moons orbit at 1:14 PM.
Dr Khurram Khurshid said that according to the initial reports all the controls and other systems of the satellite are working fine, the evaluation process will continue for a few more days after which it will start its operation.
