Construction of Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital in a busy area of Peshawar
Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North has been activated by constructing a Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital at Sangam in Hayatabad area of Peshawar.
The 500-bed hospital has facilities to treat all ailments and 24-hour doctors and nursing staff are available to treat patients.
Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has hospital management and information system, emergency, OPD with 20 clinics, eye, nose, ear and throat treatment, special wards for heart diseases, rehabilitation and physio department, and dental treatment.
Apart from this, there are emergency clinics, five large and small operation theaters, X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, pathology department, blood bank, pharmacy with 14 counters, gynecology complex with 5 rooms, gynecology operation theater, infant care, Ten special wards for men and women, ICU, ECG and patient wards as well as 28 special rooms have also been constructed.
Women doctors and nursing staff of Frontier Corps North are available 24 hours a day to treat women patients in the hospital.
Generators have also been installed in the hospital for uninterrupted power supply. Frontier Courting Hospital Frontier Corps is an important milestone in the provision of healthcare facilities to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa North.
