Pro-Vice Chancellors have been appointed in four universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Higher Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has appointed Pro-Vice Chancellors in four universities of the province, while the Vice Chancellors of three universities have been given additional charge of other universities.
According to the announcement issued by the Secretary Higher Education, Dr. Mohammad Jahanzeb, Professor of Psychology Department, has been appointed as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Jamia Peshawar.
Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Pro Vice-Chancellor Abduloli Khan University Mardan Dr. Maqsood Haider Fata University and Prof. Dr. Aurangzeb Khan University of Science and Technology Bannu have been appointed Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
According to the announcement, the additional charge of the University of Chitral has been assigned to the Vice Chancellor Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shringal, while the charge of the Women University Mardan has been assigned to the Vice Chancellor Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar.
However, the charge of University of Engineering and Applied Sciences Swat was given to Vice Chancellor UET Peshawar, while Vice-Chancellors were given additional charge till the arrival of permanent Vice-Chancellors.
