Security and traffic plan prepared for Eid-ul-Azha, additional police force deployed
Capital City Police Peshawar has created a special security and traffic plan for Eid-ul-Azha.
In this regard, it has been stated in the announcement that during Eid-ul-Azha, around 4,000 police officers and officials will perform duties under the security plan.
Meanwhile, the surveillance of all the entrances and exits of the city has also been tightened.
Additional police have been deployed at cattle markets, major markets and highways across the city, including the Ababil Squad, City Patrol Force and increased police mobile patrols.
Under the security plan on Eid-ul-Adha, plainclothes policemen will be appointed who will fulfill the responsibility of keeping a close watch on suspects and suspicious persons.
Sniffer dogs, ladies police personnel and bomb disposal squad will also be deployed in the crowded markets of the city.
