Mohsin Naqvis visit to Shabqadr Fort of Frontier Constabulary
Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi visited Shab Qadr Fort of Frontier Constabulary and saw various ancient parts.
On this occasion, Commandant FC Muazzam Jah Ansari gave a briefing about the historical background of the fort and chained gates.
The Federal Interior Minister expressed deep interest in the original and ancient gates of the chained fort.
Mohsin Naqvi also saw the statue of former British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill and the Diyar wood rest house built in 1837, where Sir Winston Churchill stayed in September 1897.
He appreciated the performance of Commandant FC and his team for maintaining the historical fort.
Mohsin Naqvi said that the fort has a history, Frontier Constabulary has valuable services for maintaining peace in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Peshawar.
He said that FC officers and soldiers have created stories of bravery in the war against terrorism.
