According to the police, about three weeks ago, a man named Abdul Masoor from Karak district had come with his family to celebrate a picnic at the Jozara tourist spot in Hangu district, where two unknown armed men snatched the womens mobile phones at gunpoint while they were cooking. And she was busy washing the dishes.
The police registered a case on the complaints of the victims and started searching for the unknown persons.
Yesterday, SHO City Fayyaz Khan of Hangu police station, while conducting an operation along with the in-charge police outpost Raisan ASI Ilyas, searched for the two unknown suspects and arrested them and confiscated the mobile phone used in the incident. The pistol was also recovered.
According to the police, both the arrested and accused involved in the incident, Waseem Abbas and Syed Hasan, belong to Juzara and have registered a case against them under Section 392 PPC and started further investigation.
