Afghan nationals allowed to cross border for three days
Afghan nationals stranded in Pakistan heaved a sigh of relief after the opening of the Torkham border in Landikotal, a border area of Pakistan and Afghanistan, and it proved to be great news for them. Border officials said Pakistan allowed Afghan nationals to cross the Torkham border as a goodwill gesture. Afghan nationals stranded in Pakistan will be able to cross Torkham border for three days, the officials added. After three days, no one will be allowed to cross the border without a visa and other necessary travel documents.
