The Peshawar High Court upheld the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments decision to re-conduct the test in 6 weeks for admissions to medical colleges.
The Peshawar High Court has reserved its decision regarding the re-conduct of the test by the provincial government on the issue of cheating in the medical college admissions test.
The court said in the verdict that the JIT had exposed massive cheating, after the JIT report the government decided to conduct the test again. According to the decision of the transparent test should be ensured within 6 weeks.
After the incidents of cheating in the test, the provincial government had decided to conduct the test again, the court disposed of more than 70 applications related to the test.
