The rehabilitation of the returning tribes in the Rajgal valley of Khyber district continues
Steps are being taken by the Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North for the return and rehabilitation of the tribes of Rajgal.
According to the details, 4744 families from three villages Bari, Bagh and Patikele are expected to return in the second phase from September 25, 2023 to November 10, 2023.
Dry rations, tents, warm blankets and other necessities of life are being provided to the returnee families under the Community Engagement Program of Frontier Corn North.
Doctors at the primary medical center are providing free medicines to families returning to the area along with special check-ups.
Money is also being provided to the returning families under the Benazir Income Support Program by the Government of Pakistan.
In the first phase, 15,690 families have been resettled in Tirah Valley during 2021 and 2022.
Families returning to the area thanked the top officials of the Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North.
People say that we are very happy to return to our areas, we are being provided with all the basic facilities for which we are thankful to the Government of Pakistan, Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North.
