Operation will be started from today against foreigners living illegally in Pakistan.
The police say that Illegally resident aliens have already been identified. Foreign nationals will be arrested and transferred to a holding point first, then deported.
On the other hand, the voluntary repatriation of foreigners is also going on. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Department of Interior has released the latest data.
According to the report of the Department of Interior, 1 lakh 74 thousand 358 foreigners have returned to their homeland.
Last day, another 6 thousand 584 foreigners returned to their homeland via Torkham, while 53 foreigners returned to their homeland from Angoor Ada. So far, 81 foreigners from Islamabad and 271 foreigners from Punjab have been repatriated.
Please note that the deadline for illegally staying foreigners to leave Pakistan has expired on November 1.
According to official sources, Afghan citizens living illegally are allowed to go to Afghanistan through Torkham border after registering at the entry point camp in Khyber Landikotal district.
