E documentation system started on international border with Afghanistan
Pakistan introduced a documentary system along the international border with Afghanistan.
Caretaker Provincial Information Minister John Achakzai has said that the implementation of passports at the border has been successfully started, with around 1,000 tokens issued and 200 passports delivered at the Chaman Passport Office.
According to Jan Achakzai, the state of Pakistan ensured the implementation of a documentary system despite all the pressures.
He said that illegal immigrants have been allowed to cross the border once so that they can return to their homeland, the next border crossing will be subject to the presence of a passport.
He further said that the citizens of Afghanistan will now have to show their passports to cross the border, a document system will make it possible to legally travel across the border.
