Pakistan expects cooperation from Afghanistan to end terrorism, Foreign Office

The Pakistani Foreign Office has said that Pakistan expects cooperation from the interim government of Afghanistan to combat the menace of terrorism and expressed hope that the neighboring country will honor its commitments made by the international community in this regard. Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said in response to a question during a press briefing that we have seen the statements of the Interim Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, Pakistan expects cooperation from the Interim Government of Afghanistan to deal with the challenge of terrorism. And expressed hope that they will keep their commitments made by the international community in this regard. He said that we have taken the loss of innocent lives very seriously and hope our neighbors do the same as terrorism is a common threat to both Pakistan and Afghanistan.
