Promotion of 8 Air Force officers to the rank of Air Vice Marshal

According to the spokesman of Pakistan Air Force, the promoted Air Officers include Air Vice Marshal Imran Qadir, Air Vice Marshal Ghazanfar Latif, Air Vice Marshal Shahryar Khan and Air Vice Marshal Nauman Waheed. Apart from this, Air Vice Marshal Mehryar Saqib Niazi, Air Vice Marshal Abuzar Khan, Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Asif Aslam and Air Vice Marshal Ghulam Shabbir are also among the promoted officers. Air Vice Marshal Imran Qadir holds the post of Advisor to the Chief of the Pakistan Air Force for Operations Audit and Evaluation Cell at Air Headquarters Islamabad, while Air Vice Marshal Ghazanfar Latif is Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Operations) and Assistant Chief of the Air Staff ( Safety) has performed the duties of the post. According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Shehryar Khan has been a personal staff officer of the Chief of the Air Staff and a senior staff officer in a regional air command, while Air Vice Marshal Nauman Waheed has served as the Assistant Chief of the Air Headquarters in Islamabad. Air Staff (Plans) and the Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Operational Research and Analysis) have performed their duties. According to Pakistan Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Mehryar Saqib Niazi, Managing Director of Mirage Rebuild Factory and PAF Airmen Academy Korangi Creek was posted as Commandant (Tech). According to the spokesperson of Pakistan Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Abuzar Khan was posted as Project Director and Managing Director at the Aircraft Rebuild Factory, while Air Vice Marshal Muhammad Asif Aslam was posted as Assistant Chief of the Air Staff (Weapons Engineering) at Air Headquarters Islamabad.
